We back every set of sheets and every duvet cover with our 5-Year Warranty, ensuring your investment in better sleep is protected.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers the fabric itself — if your linen naturally wears through (thins out or develops a hole) from regular washing and everyday use within 5 years, we’ll replace it or offer you a store credit if the exact item is no longer available.

What’s Not Covered

While our linen is strong, life can be messy — and some things naturally fall outside this warranty, including:
    •    Rips, tears, or snags caused by sharp objects, pets, or that time your kid decided the bed was a jungle gym.
    •    Stains, pilling, or discoloration caused by body oils, lotions, hair dye, or harsh detergents.
    •    Shrinking beyond the natural softening process all linen goes through during its first washes.
    •    Damage caused by ignoring our care recommendations (hot water and high heat drying, we’re looking at you).
    •    Buttons and closures — they’re beautiful, but delicate. While they aren’t covered under warranty, we include an extra button with every duvet cover, so you’ll always have a backup if you need one. Because thoughtful details matter.

Care for the Long Haul

To keep your linen beautiful (and covered under warranty), we recommend:
    •    Washing cold, gentle cycle, with a clean, minimal-ingredient detergent.
    •    Skipping bleach, fabric softeners, and aggressive stain removers.
    •    Tumble drying low — or line drying if you’re in the mood for slow living vibes.
    •    Storing in a cool, dry space when not in use.
